Monday

• BLT's...with Avocado. So I guess that actually makes them "BLAT's". haha.

Tuesday

• Chicken Pesto Pasta. Don't have a recipe for this. Just planning on throwing chicken, and pasta, and butter and pesto, and mushrooms, in together. :)
• Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Feta, and Pecans

Wednesday

•  Venison Fajitas. I have some venison tenderloin that I brought home from Montana last visit, that I didn't know what to do with. I think it will be quite yummy cut into thin strips and cooked with onions, garlic and, bell peppers with fajita seasoning!

• Grilled Marinated Chicken
• Sweet Potato Corn Cakes with Garlic Dipping Sauce . New recipe alert here: these look delicious. Can't wait to try them. :)
• Steamed Green Beans

Friday

• Subway. We're going to Chattanooga to visit John's family, so we'll eat on the road.
