Monday
- Chicken Enchiladas. Still the best ever. And don't even think of making half a batch. DO think about making a double. They make great leftovers. And you will be sad when they are gone.

- Pear and Cranberry Salad
Wednesday
- Beef Stroganoff with egg noodles. Wasn't impressed by this. It was fine for a cheap ground beef meal, but not up to my usual standard. I guess that makes it fine that I can't remember where online I found this particular recipe.
- Salad
Thursday
- Marinated Grilled Pork Chops. You can marinate meat in pretty much anything: salad dressing, bbq sauce, other sauces, and pretty much any spice concoction with some oil and vinegar. This makes for a very healthy way to pack a lot of flavor into meats, with a great variety of things to try.
